Privacy Policy

BabyV is a baby-essentials brand operated by BabyV Limited Liability Company (Texas, USA). You can reach us at hello@babyv.co.

• Email list signups: your email address, an optional first name, which product list you joined, the page or clinic code you signed up from, and the date and version of the consent you gave.
• Clinic pickup orders: your email address, the items purchased, amounts including sales tax, the participating clinic, and pickup status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never received or stored by BabyV.
• Clinic partnership requests: the clinic name, contact name, work email, optional phone number, and city/state you submit.
• Basic usage events: anonymous page and checkout events (for example "checkout started"), plus a short-lived record of your IP address used only to rate-limit abusive form submissions.

• To fulfil and support orders, including pickup confirmation and refunds.
• To send launch and product updates for the specific lists you opted into. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from one list does not remove the others.
• To respond to clinic partnership requests and support messages.
• To measure which pages and clinic codes are working, in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments and sales tax), our hosting and database provider (site delivery and secure storage of contacts, subscriptions and orders), and our email delivery provider. Each is bound by its own contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Order records are kept for at least four years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Email list records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Rate-limit records are deleted automatically within days.

You can unsubscribe from any BabyV list at any time using the link in our emails. You can also email us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to ask us to stop using it. Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may exercise those rights through the same address; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

BabyV products are for adults purchasing on behalf of their children. Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
