Privacy Policy

BabyV is a baby-essentials brand operated by BabyV Limited Liability Company (Texas, USA). You can reach us at hello@babyv.co.

• Email list signups: your email address, an optional first name, which product list you joined, the page or clinic code you signed up from, and the date and version of the consent you gave.
• Direct BabyV orders: your name, email address, shipping address, optional phone number, the items purchased, amounts including sales tax, and order and delivery status. Card details are entered on our checkout provider's payment form and are never received or stored by BabyV.
• Clinic pickup orders: your email address, the items purchased, amounts including sales tax, the participating clinic, and pickup status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never received or stored by BabyV.
• Clinic partnership requests: the clinic name, contact name, work email, optional phone number, and city/state you submit.
• Website and analytics data: pages viewed, links or buttons used, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, referral source, and related timestamps. We also keep a short-lived record of your IP address to rate-limit abusive form submissions. Analytics data should not be treated as fully anonymous.

• To fulfil and support orders, including shipping, delivery updates, pickup confirmation and refunds.
• To send launch and product updates for the specific lists you opted into. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from one list does not remove the others.
• To respond to clinic partnership requests and support messages.
• To understand site usage, measure which pages, links and clinic codes are working, troubleshoot the site, and improve the shopping experience.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, as relevant to how you interact with us:

• Our online store platform and its payment providers, for direct BabyV orders, checkout and sales tax.
• Stripe, for clinic pickup payments and sales tax.
• Fulfilment providers and shipping carriers, for packing and delivering direct orders.
• Our hosting and database provider, for site delivery and secure storage of contacts, subscriptions and orders.
• Our email delivery provider, for order and list emails.
• Google Analytics, which acts as a service provider to help us measure website visits, navigation and interactions. Google may process analytics identifiers, device and browser details, approximate location and usage events according to its own privacy terms.

Each is bound by its own contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We do not currently run a Meta Pixel on this site, and we do not use Google Analytics here for remarketing or advertising personalization.

You can limit analytics through your browser's cookie and privacy controls, by clearing stored cookies, or by using browser tools or extensions that block analytics requests. Blocking analytics may reduce the usage information available to us but should not stop you from reading the site or using its core shopping links.

Order records are kept for at least four years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Email list records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Rate-limit records are deleted automatically within days.

You can unsubscribe from any BabyV list at any time using the link in our emails. You can also email us to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to ask us to stop using it. Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may exercise those rights through the same address; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

BabyV products are for adults purchasing on behalf of their children. Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
