These terms apply to babyv.co and to purchases made through it. The site and its products are provided by BabyV Limited Liability Company (Texas, USA). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

LilSwipe™ is a personal-care accessory intended for gentle, everyday cleaning of a baby's mouth and gums by a caregiver. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always follow your pediatrician's guidance, supervise use at all times, and stop use if irritation occurs.

We work to keep product descriptions, images and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free, and we may correct errors and update information at any time.

BabyV products may be purchased directly from BabyV online, collected in person through a participating pediatric clinic, or bought on Amazon. Different rules apply to each channel, and the sections below say which is which.

For orders placed directly with BabyV online, BabyV Limited Liability Company is the seller of record and is responsible for the order, shipping, refunds and support.

Direct orders ship within the United States only and are typically processed in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time is additional and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping rates, tracking and delivery issues are described in our Shipping Policy.

Payments for direct orders are processed by our online store platform’s payment providers. BabyV never receives your full card details.

Orders placed through a participating pediatric clinic page are for in-office pickup only; we do not ship these orders. You will receive an order reference beginning with BV- to present at the clinic front desk. Pickup timing and availability are coordinated with the participating clinic and BabyV support — email hello@babyv.co if you have any difficulty collecting your order.

Participating clinics facilitate pickup. They are not the seller and do not process your payment or issue refunds. BabyV is the seller of record and is responsible for the order, refunds and support. Clinic payments are processed by Stripe.

Products bought on Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own terms, delivery and returns processes. Our shipping and returns pages do not apply to those orders.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, refunds and returns are described in our Returns & refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Joining a BabyV list is optional and never required to buy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy.

BabyV™, LilSwipe™ and the site's text, images and design are owned by BabyV Limited Liability Company. You may not copy, resell, scrape or misuse the site or its content, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, BabyV Limited Liability Company's total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts located in Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
